What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, and a securely hashed password.
• Business details you enter for audits: business name, service, city, state and website.
• Data from services you connect: Google Business Profile (locations, reviews, posts), Google Search Console (search performance), and WordPress or Shopify (the pages we refresh).
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for: running audits, tracking rankings, drafting and publishing content you approve, monitoring your website, and sending you reports and alerts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google user data

SEO Birdy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to show it back to you and to perform the actions you request (for example, posting a review reply you approved). You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings, which deletes our stored tokens.

AI processing

To check AI visibility and draft content, we send relevant business details and page content to our AI provider (Anthropic). This data is used to generate your results, not to train public models.

Security

Connection tokens and passwords for connected services are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account and data at any time from Settings or by emailing privacy@seobirdy.com.
